Division Director Sitecore

For our client, Actum Digital, we are looking for a top management role - Division Director for new Sitecore Division.

Actum is a Gold Sitecore Partner and until this day they successfully implemented more than 14 Sitecore projects for clients like Adecco Group, METRO Cash & Carry, RWE/innogy, Allianz Global Investors, Conrad Electronics, npower, Sandvik Group, as well as for long list of SME / Mittelstand companies.

New client and the mission

Actum currently signed a major client and they want to build a new division around it. There is already onboarded 10 member team for start. Now we need someone who will make the mission a successfull one.


  • Successfuly start the Sitecore implementation and setting proper relationship/project management with the new client
  • Prepare the division for the next growth in 2025 - that means bringing in new logos and new projects
  • Setting the long term strategy for next 5 years
  • Support and nurture the growth of Actum**'**s strategic partnership with Sitecore Germany
  • Deliver expected revenue of 2mio EUR in 20xx


The role is about delivering the required profit and generating long-term growth by setting strategic goals, people management & executing strategic tasks.

Main Objectives:

  • Strategy

    - Builds and develops the entrusted Unit

    - Responsibility for P&L management, business plan and business strategy

    - Setting outstanding client experience delivery and resource management

  • Sales

    - Creating successfull Go to Market Strategy

    - Sets efficient cooperation with clients to meet their needs

    - Acceleration of foreign expansion by new clients acquisition in entrusted regions

  • Leadership

    - Supports their subordinates to grow professionally, while supporting innovation, ambitions, and team ability

    - Coaching/mentoring of the subordinates

    - HR related tasks (hiring, development plans)

  • Reporting to Managing Partner
